The university also announced the opening of admissions for the Fall 2019 session.

The Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology (SZABIST), Dubai, on Wednesday celebrated the Pakistani Independence Day.

The university, which has four campuses in Pakistan and one in Dubai, greeted the Pakistani community in the UAE, back home and across the world on the occasion of the country’s 73rd Independence Day.

The university, which operates its UAE campus out of Dubai International Academic City, also announced the opening of admissions for the Fall 2019 session.

Smart Dubai recently hosted the second meeting of the Dubai Future Council for Blockchain at its offices in the Dubai Design District (d3), bringing together local and global decision makers from various government departments and private companies with a vested interest in smart city technologies. Chaired by Smart Dubai’s director general, Dr Aisha Bint Butti Bin Bishr, the council was formed by the Dubai Future Foundation (DFF) and held its inaugural meeting on April 2, 2019.
