Dubai-Sharjah road to be closed for 3 weeks – Khaleej Times

The closure begins on August 16.

A service road connecting Ajman to Dubai via Sharjah will be closed again for three weeks.

The Ministry of Infrastructure Development announced on Thursday the closure of the service road under the Al Thiqah Club for Handicapped bridge, for motorists driving from Ajman to Dubai on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road in Sharjah.

The temporary road closure – beginning Friday (August 16, 2019) – will last for three weeks.

Timings are as follows:

Friday: 2:00am – 11:00am

Weekdays: 1:00am – 5:30am

Motorists are advised to comply with traffic rules and use alternative routes.
