Dubai Police issue advisory for beachgoers during Eid holidays – Khaleej Times


The advisory comes as part of an awareness campaign.
The Dubai Police has advised residents and tourist not to swim alone in places that have few people around and to get weather update to stay safe.
They took to social media to put out the message for all the beach-goers.
“Dear beach goers, for your safety, do not swim alone in places that have few people around,” Dubai Police said on its official twitter handle.

In another tweet, Dubai Police advised the beachgoers to be careful when taking photos of their day out at the beach.
In a Tweet posted to their official account, Dubai Police warned beach goers that “filming or taking photos of others without their consent is punishable by law”.

“Kindly respect the privacy of others,” the tweet added.
